Our Return Policy
New Zealand Returns:
We want you to love your artworks you collect! This is why we have a 7-Day Return Policy. Once you have received an artwork we'll give you 7 days to decide whether or not you would like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund.
We will accept returns on any artworks within 7 days of delivery date.
Any artwork may be returned (excludes publications) as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
If you do wish to return an artwork, email us at support (at) hyfrart (dot) com and we will arrange for our courier to come and collect the work from you free of charge.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt you will not be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
Once the artwork safely reaches us and has been checked over, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to you (minus shipping costs and customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of the artwork being returned.
Please note that publications are excluded from the 7-Day Return Policy.
International Returns:
International customers are eligible for our 7-Day Return Policy, however due to the cost of shipping internationally, the cost of returning the work to us in New Zealand is the responsibility of the buyer. Please see above (New Zealand Returns) for more details on returns.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
If an artwork arrives to you and it is damaged you must email us at support@hyfrart.com within seven days of receiving your package.
We will need:
- Your order information
- Photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging (please save the original packaging)
We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
